On July 1, 2024, Concord Biotech entered into a distribution agreement with Boston Scientific International Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Boston Scientific China") for respiratory intervention products in mainland China. Boston Scientific China is a subsidiary of Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX), a global leader in medical technology. Boston Scientific advances life sciences by delivering a broad portfolio of high-performance solutions that address patient needs and reduce healthcare costs. Its devices and therapies enable physicians to diagnose and treat complex conditions across cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, oncology, neurological, and urological fields.

Under the agreement, the parties have formalized a strategic collaboration for respiratory intervention products in mainland China. Concord Biotech will serve as Boston Scientific China's exclusive sales agent and marketing partner for its respiratory intervention portfolio, leveraging the combined resources and support of both parties to accelerate the commercialization of these products in the region.

This distribution agreement establishes a strategic framework for both parties to capitalize on their respective business footprints, clinical expertise, and resources within the respiratory intervention space. It lays a solid foundation for synergistic growth, enabling Concord Biotech to proactively integrate market resources and optimize its commercial strategy ahead of the launch of its own upcoming respiratory intervention products.
